Product Description
Conundrum White is the original, the wine that started the brand and made a virtue of refusing to name its grapes. It is a California blend of several white varieties, put together for texture and aromatic lift rather than varietal purity, and it has kept a devoted following for decades.
The style is ripe and perfumed: peach, apricot, melon and citrus blossom, with a rounded mouthfeel and a finish that reads faintly sweet without turning sugary. Serve it cold. It is very good with spicy food, and it handles everything from Thai curry to a charcuterie board with ease.
