Product Description
Familiar was for a long time the version of Corona you only found in Mexico, sold in the big brown family bottle that gave it its name. It is fuller and rounder than the pale export lager most people know, and it has built a loyal following since arriving in the States.
Expect a deeper golden colour, more malt body and a smooth, slightly sweet finish with gentle hop balance. Serve it very cold, lime optional. It stands up better than a light lager to real food, so pour it alongside carne asada, al pastor, birria or anything off a charcoal grill.
