Corralejo distils in Guanajuato rather than Jalisco, one of the few tequila producers permitted to work outside the state most people associate with the spirit, and that alone makes it worth knowing. This set pairs the reposado with glass cups, so it arrives ready to pour for company instead of needing anything else from the cupboard. The tall blue bottle has been a shelf landmark for years.

Time in oak brings vanilla, light caramel and a touch of cinnamon over clear cooked agave, with a soft finish and very little bite. It is a genuinely flexible bottle, good neat in the included cups, and reliable in a margarita or a paloma. A tidy gift that solves the glassware problem at the same time.
