Product Description
Clear, peppery and full of fresh agave, the silver is Corralejo at its most direct. Nothing sits between the still and the bottle, so what you taste is the fruit, the cooking and the Guanajuato water that the hacienda has been drawing on for a very long time.
It is crisp and herbal, with citrus peel, white pepper and a clean agave sweetness that finishes dry. Keep the bottle in the freezer and pour it neat, or use it where you want the tequila to be noticed, in a margarita or a ranch water made with good lime.
