Product Description
Three years in wood, moved through more than one type of barrel, is a long time for an agave spirit and it produces something no reposado can imitate. The Corralejo extra anejo is the top of the house range and the clearest argument for what patience does to tequila.
The spirit is deep amber and dense, with dark caramel, dried fruit, cocoa, tobacco and sweet oak carrying a finish that lasts. Drink it neat, at room temperature, in a glass with some shape to it. This is an after-dinner bottle and a serious gift, not a cocktail base.
