Blueberry is a relatively recent arrival in the soju aisle and one of the better ones, dark enough to feel like a proper flavour rather than a sweetener. Damso bottles it at the usual gentle strength in the standard 375, a size designed for sharing across a table over a long meal.
Ripe blueberry and a touch of grape come through sweet and clean, with the soju base staying light underneath. Keep it in the fridge and serve it ice cold in small glasses, neat or topped with soda. A natural partner for Korean fried chicken, tteokbokki or a night of grilled pork belly.
