Product Description
Sparkling wine from a house better known for still reds is always worth attention, because it means the fruit and the patience were already in place. Decoy brings its approachable house philosophy to bubbles at a price that does not demand an anniversary.
The mousse is fine and persistent, with flavors leaning toward green apple, white peach and a toasty note from time on the lees. It finishes dry and clean. Serve it very cold in a tulip glass, on its own as an aperitif, alongside fried food and salty snacks, or as the base of a spritz.
