Product Description
Rest is the whole idea behind reposado. A few months in oak rounds the edges off a blanco without burying the agave under barrel character, and DeLeon lands that balance in a bottle that looks as considered as it tastes.
Pale gold in the glass, it moves from cooked agave into vanilla, light caramel and baking spice, with a smooth, medium-length finish. It is the most flexible of the range: neat over a single cube, in an agave old fashioned, or in a margarita made with real lime where the oak adds welcome depth.
