Product Description
Rose has settled into its role as the most useful wine in the refrigerator, and a good inexpensive bottle earns a permanent slot. Delure Rose is made in the pale, dry southern idiom that most drinkers eventually decide they prefer.
Color is a soft salmon pink. Flavor runs to strawberry, white peach and a little citrus, dry throughout, finishing crisp and clean rather than sweet. Serve it very cold. A fine match for grilled shrimp, a summer salad, charcuterie or a sandwich eaten outdoors, and equally happy with no food at all.
