Product Description
Sambuca has a specific job at the end of an Italian meal, and any house that keeps a bottle understands the ritual. Di Amore offers an approachable, reasonably priced version for people who want the tradition without the import markup.
Anise dominates, sweet and clear, with an elderflower lift and a cooling finish that resets the palate completely. Serve it neat at room temperature, or the traditional way with three coffee beans floating in the glass. It also belongs in espresso as a corretto, and poured over vanilla gelato it becomes a dessert on its own.
