The profile is crisp and herbal, with white flowers, citrus peel and a clean bitter edge from the botanicals. Use it in a Martini, a Fifty-Fifty, or a Manhattan variation where you want less sweetness. It is also a fine aperitif alone, poured very cold over ice with a lemon twist. Refrigerate after opening.
