The style is soft and dessert-leaning without tipping into syrup: toffee, vanilla, orange peel and toasted coconut over a warm, medium finish. It is good enough to sip neat over a single cube and characterful enough to carry a proper daiquiri, an old fashioned or a rum and ginger.
