Product Description
Domaine Bousquet farms organically at high altitude in Argentina, where cool nights and intense sun manage to produce grapes with concentration and bright acidity at the same time. Gaia is where the estate pushes hardest.
This is a dark, structured red: blackberry, plum and violet layered with mocha, black pepper and a clean mineral streak, carried on firm but ripe tannins to a long finish. Decant it for thirty minutes. Grilled red meat is the obvious call, along with lamb, aged cheese and anything cooked over wood.
