Product Description
The Valpolicella hills produce a rose that most people never think to look for, made from the same Corvina grapes behind the region-s famous reds. Domini Veneti draws on growers who have farmed those slopes for generations.
Pale coral in color, it leads with wild strawberry, redcurrant and a floral note, dry and crisp with a clean finish and just enough body to handle real food. Serve it very cold. It suits antipasti, prosciutto, grilled vegetables, seafood pasta and warm afternoons, and is considerably more interesting than the price suggests.
