Korean-born DJ and producer Peggy Gou lent her eye to this limited edition dress for Don Julio 1942, wrapping the familiar tall bottle in artwork built around the number that started it all. What is inside remains the anejo that made 1942 a fixture of celebration culture: agave from the Jalisco highlands, distilled and then left in American white oak for at least two and a half years before bottling.
Warm caramel, roasted agave and vanilla lead, with a soft note of toasted almond and a finish that lingers without heat. Serve it neat in a small glass at room temperature and let it open. A natural gift for a collector, a milestone, or a night that deserves the good bottle.
