Product Description
Reposado sits in oak long enough to change but not long enough to disappear into it. Dona Celia takes that approach here, producing a tequila in Mexico that keeps the agave forward while borrowing color and a rounder texture from the barrel.
Pale gold in the glass, with honey, soft vanilla and light wood spice over roasted agave, finishing warm and clean. It drinks well over one large cube and makes a fuller margarita than an unaged tequila would. A sensible single-bottle answer for a house that both sips and mixes.
