Product Description
Two continents and two cellars go into this bottle. The rum is distilled and aged five years in the Caribbean, in Barbados and Guyana, then shipped to Jerez, where Bodegas Williams and Humbert rests it another three years in casks that previously held sherry. The name is simply the arithmetic.
The sherry influence is unmistakable: dried fruit, nuts and a dark caramel sweetness over the tropical cane base, finishing dry rather than syrupy. Pour it neat or over a single large cube. It is a natural bridge for sherried whisky drinkers and a fine after-dinner rum on its own terms.
