Product Description
Dow has been shipping Port from the Douro Valley since 1798, and its house style has always run drier than most of its neighbors. The Fine Ruby is the entry point: young, vividly fruity, fortified with grape spirit and bottled before the wood has a chance to take over.
Deep purple-red, with blackberry, plum and a touch of dark chocolate, finishing with more grip than sweetness. Serve it lightly chilled, around cellar temperature, in a small glass. It works after dinner with dark chocolate or a wedge of blue cheese, and it keeps well in the refrigerator for a week or two.
