Product Description
Sauvignon Blanc is the crisp white that never needs explaining. Dreambird makes a bright, unoaked version of it, the kind of bottle that lives in the door of the refrigerator and gets opened whenever the weather turns warm or someone drops by unannounced.
Citrus and green apple lead, with a grassy edge and a clean, dry finish. Serve it properly cold, around 45 to 50 degrees, in a smaller glass so it stays that way. It pairs easily with goat cheese, salads, shellfish and grilled fish, and it works perfectly well with nothing at all.
