Product Description
Williams and Humbert has been blending Dry Sack in Jerez since 1906, and the recipe has stayed put: a solera blend of Fino, Amontillado and Oloroso, brought together into a medium sherry that lands between bone dry and sweet. The burlap-wrapped bottle is almost as recognizable as the wine.
Nutty and warm, with dried fig, toasted almond, orange peel and a dry finish that lingers. Serve it lightly chilled in a small glass. It is excellent before dinner with olives, almonds or jamon, and it belongs in the kitchen too, where it lifts soups, sauces and braises.
