Product Description
Dulce Vida works exclusively with certified organic blue agave grown in Jalisco, and the anejo is where that fruit spends the most time in wood. A year or more in oak trades some of the sharpness of the plant for depth, without the house losing the clean, unadorned style it is known for.
Amber in the glass, with caramel, vanilla and toasted oak folded around roasted agave and a warm, dry finish. Serve it neat in a small glass, or over one large cube. It suits after-dinner drinking and makes a notably rich margarita if you would rather not sip it.
