Product Description
XO is the grade where Cognac stops being a mixer and becomes an occasion. D USSE blends its XO from eaux-de-vie aged well past the ten-year minimum the designation demands, drawing on cellars at Chateau de Cognac that have been in continuous use for centuries. The decanter it arrives in is designed to be kept.
Long oak ageing shows as dried fig, toasted almond, dark honey and candied orange, with a finish that goes on and on. Serve it neat at room temperature and give it air. This is a bottle for anniversaries, closing deals and the last pour of a long night.
