Long barrel rest gives it a deep amber cast and a profile of caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit and baking spice, with the roasted agave still present underneath and a warm, drawn-out finish. Serve it neat at room temperature, in a glass with some bowl to it. A gift bottle and a nightcap in equal measure.
