Product Description
Uncut, unfiltered and bottled straight from the barrel, which means every batch arrives at its own strength and its own character. Heaven Hill releases this bourbon a few times a year and each one is a little different, the reason collectors track batch codes and the reason it has developed something close to a following.
Expect a big, oily, intensely flavored whiskey: dark caramel, toasted oak, cherry, cinnamon and a finish that keeps going. A few drops of water open it up considerably and are usually worth adding. Approach it slowly and neat; this is not a bottle that needs a cocktail to make its point.
