Product Description
Everclear is not a sipping spirit and has never pretended to be one. It is a high-proof grain neutral spirit bought for a job: infusions, tinctures, limoncello, homemade liqueurs and extracts that need alcohol strong enough to pull flavor out of fruit and peel.
Neutral by design, it should always be diluted or infused rather than poured straight. Steep citrus peel for a few weeks and cut the result with simple syrup, or use it to fortify cordials and bitters. Handle it carefully, keep it well away from open flame, and never drink it neat.
