Product Description
The name started as a joke between two winemakers in southern France who tasted a barrel and called it exactly what it was. Decades later, Fat Bastard is still making generous, unserious wine that people actually finish.
This Cabernet runs full and ripe: blackcurrant, plum and dark chocolate over a smooth, lightly oaked finish, with tannins sanded down rather than left rough. Pour it with burgers, steak, short ribs or anything off a grill. It does not require a special occasion and will not sit around waiting for one.
