Off-dry rather than sweet, it carries lychee, orange blossom, ripe peach and a warm hint of ginger spice, with enough acidity to stay lively. This is the bottle for Thai curry, Sichuan takeout, spicy noodles or smoked ham. Serve it properly cold and let the aromatics do the work.
