Product Description
Firriato farms across Sicily, from the slopes of Etna to the sun-baked west of the island, and Camelot is one of its more ambitious reds: a blend that reaches for depth rather than settling for easy fruit.
It is full-bodied and warm, with ripe black cherry, plum and dried fig layered over sweet spice, cocoa and a touch of Mediterranean herb. The tannins are firm but rounded by oak. Decant it briefly and serve with grilled lamb, caponata, aged cheese or braised beef.
