Product Description
Fords was designed backward, starting from the cocktail rather than the bottle. Simon Ford built it with a distiller in London to solve a bartender's problem: a gin that holds its shape in a martini, a negroni and a tom collins without anyone rewriting the recipe.
Juniper leads as it should, with coriander, citrus peel, jasmine and a soft floral lift underneath, all carried at a strength that survives ice and vermouth. Try a fifty-fifty martini with a lemon twist, or a gin and tonic with grapefruit.
