Product Description
Straight bourbon is a legally defined thing: at least fifty-one percent corn, aged a minimum of two years in new charred oak, nothing added but water. Fox and Oden works inside those lines and lets the whiskey speak for itself.
The profile runs classic, with vanilla, caramel and toasted corn sweetness over charred oak, a little baking spice and a warm, clean finish. Pour it neat or over a single large cube. It makes an old fashioned that needs no more than a sugar cube, bitters and an orange peel.
