Product Description
Napa Cabernet from 2017 has had years to settle, and settling is what this grape does best. Franciscan makes its version in the classic valley style: dark, structured and generous without ever tipping into excess.
Blackcurrant, black cherry and plum sit over cedar, cocoa and a little dried herb, with firm tannins that have softened with time and a long finish. Decant it thirty to sixty minutes ahead and serve with ribeye, lamb, braised beef or an aged hard cheese.
