Fulldraw works on that scale, and this bottling is a red built for drinking rather than filing away in a cellar. Bottles like this rarely stay on a shelf long once people find them.
Expect dark fruit at the centre, with berry and plum, a savoury edge and enough acidity to keep the finish from turning heavy. Give it twenty minutes open before pouring. It suits grilled meat, mushrooms, aged cheese and long meals with several courses, and it is a good bottle to bring when you want to be asked about it.
