Product Description
A spirit bottling that rewards curiosity more than research. Independent and small batch labels like this one turn up in a good shop precisely because they offer something outside the familiar rotation of big brands, and the only way to find out whether a bottle suits you is to open it. Ask behind the counter if you want the details before committing.
Approach it the way you would anything unfamiliar: a small pour, neat and at room temperature first, to see what the spirit is doing on its own. From there, try it over a large ice cube, or build it into a simple two ingredient drink where the base has nowhere to hide. Sip slowly and take your time with it.
