Product Description
Red Moscato is a relatively recent invention and a clever one: the floral sweetness of Muscat with red grape fruit blended in, giving the wine colour and a little more depth without losing any of the easy charm. Gallo makes a California version that has found a large audience among drinkers who want sweet but not pale.
Red berry and ripe peach with a floral lift and a sweet, gently spritzy finish. Serve it thoroughly chilled, in a small glass. It is excellent with chocolate desserts, berries and cream, or spicy food where the sweetness cools the heat, and it makes a pleasant standalone pour late in an evening.
