Product Description
Sauvignon Blanc has long been one of the Geyser Peak signatures, and the Sonoma winery has been refining it for decades. The appeal is straightforward: a dry, high-acid white with enough aromatic lift to stay interesting and enough restraint to be poured all evening.
Expect grapefruit, lime and passionfruit on the nose, with white peach underneath and a crisp, mouthwatering finish that stays clean. Serve it properly cold. It is one of the best wines in the shop for goat cheese, oysters, green salads and fresh herbs, and it handles fried food better than most whites at twice the price.
