Product Description
Glenfiddich is the most-awarded single malt in the world and, for many drinkers, the first one they ever owned. The Grant family has been distilling in Dufftown since 1887 and still runs the place, which is rarer in Scotch than the marketing suggests. The 12 Year Old is their calling card.
Twelve years in a mix of American oak and European sherry casks gives it the profile that made Speyside famous: fresh pear, green apple, butterscotch and a light oak spice, smooth from start to finish with no rough edges. Bottled at forty percent. Drink it neat, over a cube, or in a Highball with soda; it is equally at home in all three.
