Product Description
Ginger is the least obvious flavor in the Hanjan range and arguably the most interesting. Where the fruit versions go sweet, this one goes warm and faintly spicy, which earns it a place at the table the others cannot quite claim.
Fresh ginger heat comes through against a clean, gently sweet base and finishes dry, with the warmth lingering. Pour it cold and straight into small glasses, or take the shortcut to a ginger highball with nothing but soda water and a squeeze of lime. Very good with grilled pork belly.
