Product Description
Hanna has been farming in Sonoma since the mid-1980s, and Sauvignon Blanc has been one of its signatures almost from the beginning. The cool sites the family works give the grape the acidity it needs to stay sharp rather than turning soft and blowsy.
Grapefruit, lime and passion fruit come through against a grassy, faintly mineral backdrop, finishing crisp and dry. Serve it properly cold with goat cheese, oysters, ceviche, or a salad with real herbs in it. A reliable white for warm weather and a difficult first course.
