Product Description
Hardy has been blending Cognac in the town of Cognac since 1863, run by the same family for the whole of that run. Continuity counts for something in a category where quality is built from decades of patient blending rather than marketing spend.
Expect the house signature: dried fruit, vanilla, soft oak spice and a faintly floral lift, with the warmth of a well-integrated brandy carrying the finish. Serve it neat in a tulip glass at room temperature, after dinner. A single cube is permitted, if only to open the aromatics.
