Product Description
The Charente valley in western France is the only place this can legally come from, and Hennessy has been drawing on it since 1765. VSOP Privilege sits in the middle of the house range, blended from a large number of eaux-de-vie aged in French oak, and it is the bottle that effectively defined what VSOP means to most drinkers. Balanced enough to sip, sturdy enough to mix, which is the reason it never leaves a good back bar.
Vanilla, clove and toasted oak lead, with baked apple, cinnamon and candied orange behind them, finishing warm and dry. Neat in a tulip glass, over a large cube, or in a sidecar. Good with dark chocolate, roasted nuts or a cigar.
