Product Description
The middle ground in the Insolito range, and for many drinkers the most useful bottle of the three. Six to ten months in new American oak gives the reposado a light gold cast and just enough wood to soften the agave without burying it. Like every expression from this Jalisco distillery, it is made additive-free, so nothing stands in for real barrel time.
Cooked agave leads, followed by honey, light caramel and a dusting of baking spice, with a finish that stays dry. Sip it neat, build it into a tequila old fashioned, or let it carry a paloma where a blanco would get lost. Versatile enough to earn a permanent spot on the bar cart.
