Product Description
California does Sauvignon Blanc its own way, and this is the rounder, riper take rather than the sharp green cut of New Zealand. Ironstone keeps it crisp without making it aggressive, which is the more versatile approach when food is involved. An excellent bottle to keep cold and unopened for guests who drop in unannounced.
Grapefruit, lime and honeydew with a grassy edge, finishing dry and refreshing. Serve it very cold in a smallish glass. Pair it with oysters, ceviche, goat cheese, a big green salad with vinaigrette, or fish tacos with plenty of lime.
