Product Description
Zinfandel arrived in California around the gold rush and never left, which makes it a fitting signature for a winery based in the old mining town of Murphys. Ironstone builds its Zinfandel in the generous style the grape does best: ripe, brambly and sweet-fruited, with enough spice running underneath to keep it from getting dull.
Raspberry jam and blackberry over black pepper, clove and a lick of vanilla, closing warm and round. Serve at cool room temperature. It was made for barbecue, and it gets along just as well with sausage pizza, chili, pulled pork sandwiches and anything off a charcoal grill.
