Product Description
A boutique bottling from a label that keeps a deliberately low profile, and one of those wines where half the pleasure is finding out. J Mossman works in small volumes, so bottles turn up in single-store quantities rather than on every shelf in the city. If you enjoy taking a flyer on something nobody at your table has tried, this is the shelf to reach for.
Pour it into a standard wine glass and give it a few minutes to open up. Serve it cool rather than cold, so that both aroma and fruit get a fair chance. It suits a relaxed dinner better than a formal one, and our staff are happy to talk you through the current bottling first.
