Product Description
Green apple turns out to be an unusually good match for charcoal-mellowed whiskey: tart where the whiskey is sweet, crisp where the whiskey is round. Tennessee Apple builds on Old No. 7 and adds that fresh orchard character without letting the base spirit disappear, which is the usual failure mode of flavored whiskey.
Bright apple skin on the nose, then caramel and vanilla arriving underneath, with a clean, lightly sweet finish. Best served very cold and short, or lengthened with soda water over ice. Popular as a chilled shot, and a very easy pour for people who claim not to like whiskey.
