Product Description

Elegance rather than power is the whole proposition, and it is a proposition worth understanding.
Wild strawberry and red cherry open into a savory, faintly earthy core, carried by silky tannin and fresh acidity. Serve cool, never warm. It shines with duck, roast pork, mushroom dishes, coq au vin and soft washed-rind cheeses.
