Jam Jar built its name on treating sweetness as a feature rather than an apology, and the white is the most refreshing of the range thanks to the acidity running under the sugar.
Peach, apricot and ripe melon with a floral, faintly muscat-like perfume, finishing sweet but clean. Serve it properly cold in a small glass. A natural with spicy Thai or Indian food, a fruit and cheese board, or nothing at all on a warm afternoon.
