Product Description
The 2019 vintage in the southern Rhone produced wines of real concentration, and Domaine Jaume worked it into a Chateauneuf-du-Pape that leans into ripeness without losing its frame. Grenache leads the blend, as tradition demands.
Rich and warm, it offers black cherry, dried plum and cocoa over sweet spice, wild thyme and a stony undertone, finishing long with well-integrated tannins. It drinks nicely now with an hour in a decanter and will hold for years. Bring it to a table with roast lamb, braised beef, ratatouille or aged Comte.
