Product Description
Resting tequila in oak is a small change that does a great deal. By law a reposado spends at least two months in barrel, and that pause is enough to soften the spirit's edges and lend it colour, sweetness and a rounder shape. This bottling takes the middle path of the agave world, with more polish than a blanco and more brightness than an anejo.
Vanilla and light caramel wrap around cooked agave, with baked apple, a dusting of cinnamon and a gentle, warming close. It is pleasant enough to sip slowly at room temperature, and it makes a deeper, more autumnal margarita. A sound choice when one bottle has to cover both sipping and mixing.
