Product Description
Familiarity is worth something. The gold Cuervo bottle has sat behind bars and on kitchen counters for so long that most people learned what a margarita tastes like from it, and the 750 ml is the size that fits in a cupboard and covers an evening. It is a joven tequila, blended for softness rather than intensity, and it does its job without fuss.
Sweet-edged and easygoing, with agave, caramel and vanilla over a mild peppery finish. Shake it with lime and orange liqueur for a proper margarita, or keep things simple with grapefruit soda and a lime wedge. A dependable workhorse, and hard to beat at the price.
